As always, Ambassadors must download The Access Platform's app and create their profile.

Once set up, Ambassadors have an option in their app My profile -> Manage Account to enable email notifications for Chat messages from prospective students. Please ensure ambassadors are running App version 5.0.1 at least.

Ambassadors will then receive email notifications for Chat messages from prospective students. Ambassadors can then click through the link in this email notification, log in, and reply to the message on desktop. The log in details are the same as those used to create the app account.

Ambassadors will continue to receive push notifications to their mobile app in addition to email notifications. If Ambassadors want to stop receiving push notification, they can disable this in their device's settings. If push notifications are deactivated, ambassadors will also by default stop receiving all push notifications relating to Content and FAQs also. So please do this if only using the Chat feature.
