Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tag management system (TMS) that allows you to quickly and easily update measurement codes and related code fragments, collectively known as tags, on your website or mobile app.
You might want to integrate GTM in order to get more information on user behaviour on the TAP Page, and to create usage funnels to understand more about how your prospects are interacting with the platform.
Your TAP Page supports GTM. The following IDs are assigned to elements on the TAP Page:
- visits TAP Page (loads TAP Page in DOM):
- clicks 'chat to me' on a profile card:
- clicks ‘chat to me’ on an ambassador profile page:
- clicks a profile card link to a profile:
- starts registration (chat window):
- submits personal info:
- submit optional data:
- send message:
You can integrate GTM by supplying your Customer Success Manager with your GTM code, then by configuring your GTM account to track clicks and events on supported elements. This article (external link) offers more technical information on how to correctly configure GTM.
Google also provides an overview (external link) of the various ways in which GTM can be configured to fire tags.
